Mazars advised Schulthess Maschinen AG on its acquisition of Solasa Group, a leading supplier of household appliances
October 2023 | Schulthess Maschinen AG acquired Solasa Group, which is specialising in the sale, rental and maintenance of laundry equipment, and other long-living household products across Switzerland.
Mazars provided financial due diligence, tax, IT and environmental services to Schulthess, in relation to their acquisition of Solasa Group, which consisted of seven entities located in Switzerland. The acquisition of Solasa Group was pursued as the product portfolio of Solasa Group aligned well with Schulthess’ strategy and offered multiple synergy potentials.
