Mazars provided financial due diligence services to MYTY Group in relation to their acquisition of Monami Group, which consisted of three entities, of which two were located in Switzerland and one in Germany. The acquisition of Monami Group was an add-on acquisition to MYTY Group AG, which is a portfolio company of Ufenau Capital Partners AG.
