Mazars performed a financial and tax due diligence for Alphi SAS
2022 | Alphi SAS has shown a particular interest in the company ADRIA SA, active in the field of shoring and safety on construction sites. Mazars was involved in this project by carrying out the financial and tax due diligence of the target.
To carry on with its development in Switzerland, the Savoy-based company Alphi SAS was interested in the company ADRIA SA, expert in shoring and construction equipment. The acquisition was successfully finalised in 2022 with the acquisition of 100% of the target's shares by the Morand Group.
The client called upon Mazars to carry out the due diligence work on the financial and tax aspects. The team involved in this project was led by Giuseppe Sottile (tax partner) and Antonio Rubino (financial advisory director).
