Mazars provided financial due diligence services to Schulthess Maschinen AG in relation to their acquisition of a majority stake in Chemie AG, which consisted of one entity in Worblaufen, Switzerland. The acquisition of a majority stake in Chemie AG was complementary to the product portfolio of Schulthess Maschinen AG.
