Reporting and financial analysis: How to leverage your consolidated and reporting data? - Mazars - Switzerland

In early November, another CFO lunch-break was organized by Business&Decision and in collaboration with Logitech, Oracle as technology partner and Mazars as finance expert partner.

On a windy, misty day in early November Business&Decision organized the latest edition of the CFO lunch-breaks in Zurich.

In their welcoming speech, the organizers gave a short introduction to Business&Decisions as a whole before handing over to Jean-Philippe Keil and Cyprian Bumann from Mazars. Our two audit experts not only discussed risk assessment and its relation to reporting in an interesting and informative way but also presented the Mazars' approach of Financial Statement Closing Process (FSCP) as well as the Entity Level Control and its relation to reporting. Following this financial point of view, Oracle and Logitech continued with more technical subjects. After a brief presentation of Oracle solution, Logitech shared its experience and the benefits obtained with the solution implemented.

After a morning extremely rich in information, most of the stomachs growled with emptiness. The guests enjoyed a delicious meal and lively discussion generated a pleasant ambient sound.
