• Lead auditor licensed by FINMA for banks, securities dealers, collective investment schemes and money‑laundering audits

Areas of expertise:

• Expert in accounting standards (IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER, Code of Obligations and DEC-FINMA) for banking companies and securities dealers
• Banking sector experiences :
  • Work in the Secretariat of the Federal Banking Commission in Berne (now FINMA) 
  • Management of a project for the migration of  a IT system between two platforms
  • Establishment of the loan book analysis in a new IT system
  • Management of the conversion of registered shares into bearer shares for a company listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange
  • Drawing up and setting in place of policies, directives and internal procedures for banks, as well as the establishment of a management information system (MIS) and creation of a compliance department
