Because of Mazars Group’s international expansion we can offer many opportunities to work in other countries.

Mazars Way

Generally speaking, after three years' professional experience you can apply for a transfer elsewhere within the Group. Depending on your performance and the requirements in the countries concerned, Mazars may offer you a job in the United States, China, Germany, Japan, Russia, Italy or Mexico. Wherever Mazars has an office, you have an opportunity!

There are two possibilities for working abroad, either:

  • In a well-established office: this provides an opportunity to hone your professional skills, adapt them to another country and add an international dimension;
  • Taking part in developing a new office or setting one up. This enables you to develop your entrepreneurial skills in a pioneering context.

Foreign assignments usually last between two and three years but may be extended. Once over, you either return to your home office or move to another country depending on your preference and our development requirements.

Apart from being an expatriate employee, there are other ways to work abroad:

  • Short-term secondments
  • An internship while you are at university
  • A first job directly in one of Mazars’ foreign offices
